no, I'm pretty happy with how fast it dries out already. I have a hug bag of perlite that I have no use for now that I used up the fox farm. You can get promix in a bale and get even more for your money. Some people do cut the promix with perlite, dries faster and you could fertilize a little more often I guess.

420Med..... I was gifted some Happy Frog a few months back. The bag I had, seemed to be pretty well made. I mixed it 50 / 50 with coco fiber and grew some Lowryder 2's in it. I did not feed them any nutes until the 5th week.
.
They turned out great - better than in the compost / peat mix I used before. So, if the Happy Frog is more reasonably priced - why not. Ocean Forest is a bit too hot IMO, I think other strains would do well in it, provided it is cut with coco or peat.
.
Keep it Real...Organic.......

Anyone check out the Ocean Forest lately? My last few bags had a ton more peat moss in them. I don't like the idea of more peat moss. More perlite maybe but not peat moss.
