did them 2 seeds struggle from the start ? or did they all grow the same size as healthy as each other ?

I'm stumped as well lol and all plants fed same nute mix from the pressure sprayer. All seeds sprouted fine no issues during veg. The problem with these 2 started about a week ago so week 5 from sprout. It's only latest growth with the problem the middle and bottom is fine.
