thanks bro I myself used a 400w hps floodlight, disassembled the whole thing put the ballast out of the cab and attached the reflector, bulb and holder to some chipboard worked out pretty well also I have great ventilation so it stays around 26-27 degrees C and 35-40% RH

Hi all !
my grow has come to an end, yesterday i chopped down my second girl. I took her right from the base and hang her whole upside down ( as you will see in the pics ) I tried to keep the buds from touching as much as possible. i didn't manicure the buds yet as it going to be done after drying.

The other plant ( the one that has been cut 9 days ago ) took her individual tops not manicured and hang them in the grow cab.

In the grow cab i'm using the same ventilation ( 2 100mm inline fans ) with no oscillating fans. Temp. 17-18 degrees C and RH. 60-65%.

so yesterday I took a sample from the buds that have been drying for 11 days. the high I very uplifting head high with little body to it it feels like you are on a roller coaster. It still was a little damp from the inside. Today i started curing the first batch the stems still bend not snap and inside little moist.

here comes the question.
for how much time should you leave them in the jars before burping ? and when burping do you have to take the buds out to air dry them a little ( how much time ) ?? or just open the lid and leave open ? (how much time)...

I normally only have to hang mine for 5-7 days but it will depend on your environment, it's probably either a bit cool or too humid where you dry them, I would expect it to be bone dy after 11 days. I used to hang mine on string in the same room as my tent, they used to dry in less than 5 days but it's not a great idea to hang them in the open because they lose flavour and potency, so now I'm putting mine in a big cardboard box with straightened coat hangers for hanging the chopped but not trimmed branches.

I don't always wait for the stems to completely snap before putting them in jars but it might be a good way to test for your first time. I try to burp my jars at least once every day for the first week or so and then it's more like every couple days and the older stuff only breaths when we want to smoke it

thanks evilsheep I think I'm good now for the method that I'm using is on your lines. the only difference is that I burp every 6 - 8 hours for 30min. Unfortunately I'm not going to grow anymore for now until I have my own place. It was a great experience and every part was a challenge and thats what I liked most about. Anyway I will still see you here on RIU for I have much more to learn ! stay tuned for the weight.

sorry mates for keeping you waiting. I still don't know the weight but I can tell you the smoke is awesome and everyone who smoked it say its the best dank they ever smoked. this week i will try to write the smoke reports and borrow a scale. happy smokin

Nice dude! I fucking love this strain. Not usually a sativa lover, but PPP doesn't disappoint. Has a great buzz. Did some of those buds turn purple? I've grown 2 diff. phenos and neither purpled on me......LOOKS DELICIOUS!
