are your florescent lights T5, T8 or T12?
Ehm...I honestly don't know but I think it's T8?! Anywho they're at 18W, I believe 59cm long, cool white from Phillips. Nothing fancy, just cool white floros and warm white cfl's...why these questions?! Ima go take a closer look at them, brb.
Hehe...I was wrong, the Phillips floros are long gone. The two I'm using now are one from Osram 18W Daywhite "Active" and the other one is from Sylvania 18W Daywhite Deluxe. Wheather it's T5 or T8 or something else iono. However they put out a coolwhite light and the cfl's warmwhite. The floros Ra (or CRI) is >80 wich is group 1B whereas a HPS is as far down as in group 4A or B and a MH is group 1A. Ra or CRI don't tell you how well colours rendering, it tells you how close the colour rendering is to the reference light source - in this case "daylight". "The CRI is calculated by comparing the color rendering of the test source to that of a "perfect" source which is a black body radiator for sources with correlated color temperatures under 5000 K, and a phase of daylight otherwise."

+ reped you back for all the help
No worries! I looked up exactly what "colour" they have and its "840 full colour coolwhite". The "plant" floros sold most often have a Ra >90 wich is group 1A hence should be giving even better growth. Color 958 i 5800 Kelvin and a color 965 is 6500K, so my floros wich have a color of 840 and the other 848 are at 4000K and 4800K. The floros I've been looking at w colors 958 or 965 both have a Ra >95 and are "designed" for plants. Gonna see if I can get my hands on some of those for the HB clones ;) Get back on the matter later on...

Hehe I know you weren't! Just came home again, been at the plant school again ;) Bought more soil and ofc I couldnt go there w out buying any new plants. So today I came home w 2 trees. One olive tree and one banana plant :-P Remember if you planting citrus trees they want resistance in the soil rather than for example MJ wich want a well airated "porous" soil. So dont add any perlite or such, add bout 20% clay instead for citrus plants  The banana will go in same soil as my MJs.

Time to plant them in bigger pots, peace!

I just took some measurements of the Headbands. The "big" one is 10 inch tall where the largest fan leaf is 7,5 inch wide and 7 inch long. Don't think I ever seen this big fan leaves on such a "small" plant. The smaller of the two is 9,5 inch tall where the largest fan leaf is 6 inch wide and 5,5 inch long, still large but more "normal". The shoot growth took off on both plants after last watering.

Plants are now 5 weeks and I need names for them ;) First 2 suggestions ima go with...

Note to self: On watering day, raise lights even though is seems not needed ;)

As you can see in the pic the big plant grew a lot in one day and one fan leaf got in contact w a cfl that was bout 1 inch away when I went to bed...floros are no problem but cfls get pretty hot :fire:
One thing I havent mentioned is that I still don't have a fan blowing on them, havent had so far! To get the stems fat and plants not to stretch in early life I started "fingering" the stems allready after few days sprouting. By fingering I mean gently "play" w the stem between index finger and thumb and very gently apply pressure to the stem at various locations. I did so 2-3 time/day till the stems were no longer "bendable".
