What we didn't know about that scenario was that the robber's gang kidnapped the cop's wife and would kill her if he arrested anyone.

Things can seem odd when one doesn't know what's going on behind the scenes.

What don't we know about the Putin/Trump scenario that would explain the outcome of their recent meeting?

I don;t have the information in front of me to say if they interfered or not. I will leave open the possibility.

The elephant in the room is the countless number of things he called the USA out for doing and showing the devastating results of those things.

He may be a very bad man, but 99% of the things I think I know about him comes from the same sources. I have no way of knowing. Our press on both sides of the right-left divide has been tainted.

Yeah, pretty much.

But the taste of power is too great.

No amount of sanctions will stop Russian hackers from fucking with our elections. And there will be plenty more besides them, now that the word is out about how insecure our election system really is.

This is exactly why we need to go right back to paper ballots, so there can be a solid offline paper trail of the most literal sort.

So trump announced he wants to work w Putin to set a system up to make votes safe in all countries and what an honor it is to meet him (though ive seen video of trump claiming he met putin in like 2015 ) thats not the point here. Lets reframe this all.


Your house is broken into, posessions stolen. The investigators and law enforecement all agreed it was Joe Roblotski... Mr Roblotski a couple years earlier just stole someones entire property! Not just into it, but just took it and declared full ownership rights! Not only was Roblotski a theif but a muderer, he had anyone killed that said bad of him...

You tell the media and your neigbors it mighta been roblotski but could have been some other guy or even a random obese person... even though the law enforcement experts tell you it was roblotski... you go as far as to say Roblotski hasnt done anything you and your neighbors havent and hes no worse than our brave military you say are murders like he...

well you get a chance to meet roblotski, you tell him its a real honor. You go into a private room and ask him if he robbed you, he says no you say "ok" according to roblotskis attorney... you dont disagree...

Furthermore you are planning to go into business with roblotski to design and install home security systems!
