Question about ferts and nutes

say you get the bio grow for veg and bio bloom for flowering.. then you get fish mix (almost made by bio bizz) for fertilizer... and a high quality potting soil.. say fox farm.. cuz i dont think bio has potting soil...

all this seems like so many nutrients and minerals and such... can plants really take that much... even in small moderation...

if you used all of that.. how often should u use the fertz/ nutes

thx guys :D

Quality soil means that you won't need to use any ferts for at least a good four weeks. When that time has passed, start off at 1/4 strength just to be safe and work your way up slowly every week thereafter. It's a good idea to only feed(with nutes) every other watering. Figure out how much water you have to pour per pot so you get approx 10% runoff at the bottom and don't water again until the top inch of soil is dry. You'll get things dialed in just right once you're more experienced.

I spent over 2K for my rig a year ago. Looking back I could have made some more cost-effective choices, but I don't regret getting into growing one bit. It has definitely paid off. Best of luck to you.
