So, I went into my room to do something when the lights were about to go on. I was a minute or so early, so I just flipped the light switch and turned the overhead light in the room on, knowing the timer was going to flip on any second anyway. By the time I left the room the main lights were on, and I didn't even think about turning the other light off.
By the time I caught my mistake the next day (today), the 60 watt overhead lamp had been on for 5.5 hours when it should have been dark in there. I'm 7 weeks into flower (of 8 weeks).
I suspect it's not that big of a deal, but I've never done this before and am not totally sure. Even if it stressed them, I'm so close to the end that I could just start chopping at the first sign of any problem. But, is a problem likely to happen?
