Question on producing seeds from a female autoflower?

Hello everyone.

This is my first post here, very informative board!

So, I have one single feminized lowryder x2 and Ak-47 auto (easy ryder) seed and would like to grow this plant for seeds if possible... Is a male plant required? Someone told me you can shock a female and make it produce seeds...

I was told this could be done with non autoflower strains but can this be done with one single female autoflower? If so, how?

you can do it, you would have to continuasly shock the plant into turning hermie. Which will mean the plant will have both female and male traits ( pistals and pollen sacks ) the pollen sacks will pollinate the bud on the plant and all other female plants around it which would mean minium smoking bud, and a whole bunch of seeds. You can have the plant turn hermie, and let SOME sacks open and begin to pollinate the buds, then start ripping off the sacks to try to decrease pollination tho ( so you have more smokable bud and not as many seeds. Its your choice

I just had an accidental pollination of only one of my 5 fem lowryder 2....don't know if I just didn't move the males quick enough, which I did, or if one of the 2 fems that hermied got her .... I have 9 plants right now from those accidental seeds....so far 1 male....4 fems ......that indicates that the a hermie must have rubbed her a bit when they were removed. This round I have moved the male again, gonna collect his ripe pollen and selectively pollinate one of my fems cause this stuff is a really good smoke....quick.....and easy! I would n't wanna take the chance if you only have one plant.....

I think maybe since I'm just starting out I'll just grow her normally and enjoy her to the fullest potential. I ordered 5 more strains which I'll be able to clone. Thanks again for your responses guys.
