Quick h202?

Just ordered a gl of hydrogen peroxide to wash my outdoor and just happened to read the ingredients. The front label says 3% but the ingredients say purified water 30% hydrogen peroxide. Just wanted to make sure this is the same and I m just being stupid right now lol

I’m thinking it’s something to do with “ by volume” but it doesn’t say that?

Most likely ingredients list states the Original solution strength, before it was diluted to 3%
