Hey everyone... I currently have 2 plants in 3 gallon fabric pots with ffof soil. When I go to water the plants a lot of the run off comes out around halfway down the pot. This is really worrying me I feel like I have a bunch of dry patches in my soil that haven't been receiving water. Let me know what you think and thanks for the replies!

I use fabric pots and found the best way to water is to water some, wait 10, water a little more..and I do mine by weight and know what they feel like when fully watered... if you water a lot at once with fabric I dont think the soil and roots have anytime to absorb the water before you start to see the run off..

A trick I use is to water in a container and let the fabric pot sit in the runoff. If there is any dry spots, the waters natural physics will wick it into the dry areas. After about five minutes I remove, drain and keep it moving.

I'll try slowing it down even more, hopefully I can get this watering thing down. Thanks for the reply mount !
