Interesting article , but by no means a done deal ,
I follow the news every hour of everyday , Pm Questions , Politics channel , etc ,
yes im a boring bastard but i like to know what's what......
This would have to go through the HOC, as a bill,
And it has not as yet ,
Then it needs to be approved by the Lords, and that's doubtful,
It is not a decision that can be made by a Policeman or Policewoman,
It needs an amendmant to the Law,
this must go through those channels, they call it democracy , i call it capitalism ,
all the equipment taken in the Uk from raids etc , is not destroyed, it is auctioned back into the market, bit like your clamped and scrapped car,
I hate this country , shops everywhere selling everything,
as soon a seed hits the soil your a criminal,
vicious circle ,
i will watch this closely,

it seems to be about the cps prioritizing funds from the articles i have read
they are basically saying they are not going to waste as much time and money going after the small fry any more (9 plants or less)
the cps are kind of in control here, they get to decide which laws they enforce first and which laws they put to the bottom of the pile perhaps to enforce when their purse stings are not so tight at a later date

i agree with clonex that because there is no change in the law, this policy of the cps could change again at any moment
