Why do cops take growing equipment? As far as I know its not illegal to grow tomatoes after they come and take the weed.

Damn U.S. Feds dragging their ass but the States are begining the proccess of allowing it. I am 100% legally compliant. That doesn't mean they won't fuck with me. They still trash plants and arrest you. The Attorn Gen just doesn't press charges. Unless ur this idiot.

Havent done anything to him except help him out.

I borrowed him some money back in August and I haven't seen him since. Didn't ask him for it or hound him over it, nothing.

I just can't believe someone could be that vindictive even if it was to get himself out of a sticky situation.


Fuzz kept asking me who's dealing in my area etc but I couldn't tell them anything other than that's why I was growing so I didn't have to deal with snotty nosed kids.


I own my home so moving isn't a real easy option because of recession etc. I don't owe anything on my house as its all bought and paid for due to relatives passing away and leaving me enough to pay the mortgage off.

They only took my blockbuster hood with 600w lamp mounted inside and my hydro unit.

They only took what was being used at the time.

the landlord in a prop I was renting 4 my op found 130 plants lol
luckly he's was on a level
he wasnt very happy but never called the boys
just made me get um all out
and ended tenancy lol
could of been a very sticky situation :wall:

This is my point. It's my house with my own Percy grow. I still can't believe they hauled me in over 4 plants that were nearly 2weeks into 12/12.

That isn't the way it works at all. If you live in the UK and want a government that will take a more lenient view of cannabis use then you need to vote Labour - they reclassified it from B to C after all (ok they changed it back to B after a few years but really it depends on who we get as Home Secretary)

You will NEVER see that again with this Tory lot in power, and as for UKIP, well all I can say is LOL LOL LOL!!!!

No kicking the door in.

I watched all 6 of them walk casually down my back garden, so I opened the door to see what they wanted.

The whole search was done in less than 1 hour. Then I was arrested and taken into custody. Due to them parking and using the rear access to my house no one knows what's gone on around me. Luckily.

I have toyed with the idea of starting back up but I don't want to risk losing my son to child services etc.

One thing I will say is be careful what you say once in custody, they asked me if I was planning on "sharing" any with friends etc which obviously I said no to. But this was just a ploy to try and get me on a distribution charge.

I remained adamant that it was for me alone as even my mrs doesn't partake of the herb.
