That cup is a micro coco hempy solo cup.
That works too for making good transplant worthy plugs
COCO PLUG ( hempy cup )
COCO / Perlite Plug ( micro hempy cup )
The coco / hempy plug is for straight hempy ( 100 % perlite ) buckets. But a rooted plug will work as well into final hempy bucket.
