Hey guys so I put my tent in storage and decided to get it out again. Only been a month or two. And a bloody rat found it. And devoured it.
All up about 10 holes.
After racking my brain not wanting to sit there sowing it. I decided to try Silastic on the tent material figuring it's neither fabric nor plastic haha. I love Silastic so we will see how it goes.

Wow ok gorilla tape for the win!!!!!
I've never even heard of it. But ima have to order some to have around..
I tried the Silastic on a pinhole. Filled it perfect and you couldn't even notice it there.
After 12 hours it seems to be sticking to both the reflective material and the black material great.

@tyke1973 it's not that I hate cats :p my grandma always said hate was a strong word. I dislike them as much as possible lmao

@Midnight Warrior that's good to know. This tent had a pocket I was able to sacrifice for the perfect amount of material luckily

@Fevs. Guess what :( ...... I'm growing 2 cheeses and a peyote critical bahahahhahahahahahha

Just be VERY careful with it. It's really sticky! Trust me, don't get it near your face....

Holy shit bro haha that's hectic.

@BudgetMessiah I think I found the problem.
There was a bag of fish pellets in a bucket under the tent. My theory is he went through the tent to find what was making that smell coz it was right under a few other bags of fert but the rat picked it out and dug into the bag

Silastic report #1 lol
After 24 it's stuck so well. And with a solid bead around the edge it's airtight to :)
I'll report back in a long while with a long term result but it definitely adhered
