A couple comments:
White trash is not what one wants to aspire to, it denotes an unpleasant , uncivil attitude despite economics. One can be economically poor and white, but that doesn't make one trash.

Olives: I've been making table olives from oil olives...they are tastier and richer than the standard table cultivars: Frantoio, Leccino and Bosana are the cultivars I'm testing

Man you need some andalucian genetics in your farm. Usually short and wide as fuck, high yielding slightly sweeter tasting. Got a joke for you

An old school redneck olive farmer goes to a farmers expo and comes across a mechanical contraption to harvest olives. Bedazzled upon such a sight he enquires about it. The salesman oh my friend this that the other and whatever else you can imagine. How much? Oh these many more thousands than what is deemed resonable. The guy replies... hmm does it give blowjobs? no afraid it doesnt. Well Ill stick with the women then. (women were the main olive pickers while men thrashed the trees with sticks back in the day)

I think the strain my grandad had was picual, it produced a heck of a lot and if you take your time making a good brine and washing it a good few times they were sweet tasting olives man. Theres a shit load of strains though, theres some that are white. tbh if youre growing them for eating make a bit of research and grow a few different strains, you should see the olive shops here man, so much variety. I should eat it a bit more actually...

Then i reccomend you fetch yourself the Lechin from Badajoz or terruel. I think the best quyality for eating might be empeltre if im not mistaken. Though as i said picual was good. i find the smaller olives are usually best tasting. the bigger ones require a lot more washing to lose the bitter taste. I can tell you a couple of brine recipes too later if you want.

Come on bro, thats far from the truth.. there is a big difference from trailer trash and farmers. Without farmers your ass would starve.. Agriculture is the second oldest known profession, second to prostitution
