Either 1x325mg(regular strength) tablet per gallon or 3x81mg(low dose) tablets per gallon.
I used the 3x81mg. Crushed them up like I was gonna rail em, and let them sit in a gallon jug for a good 20-30 minutes, shaking it up from time to time so they dissolved. Sprayed them just before lights out and the difference was like that when I looked at them the next day.

When DE dries its supposed to form a protective coating. Last advice I got for mites was Azamax and Neem oil.
