Renaming a Thread?

So ive been a member on this website for almost 9 months now, but am still unaware of all the features this site has to offer. I am curious if there is any way i can rename a thread of mine, as to get more views and to help out more people in this community. It seems like a thread of mine that initially started with a question has turned into a grow journal. Id like to rename this thread to an appropriate title. Any way of doing this? or would i have to have a moderators help?
