Rep Points?

ahh. but whats the deal with having to rep 30 peeps before being able to rep them again? i have 14 friends or something which makes this logic kinda retarded in my book. i dont want to rep 16 random peeps before being able to share the love with the homies. i dont give it out easily but somtimes people deserve some extra rep down the road.

well i do share the blocks with others. its just that i have those few special peeps that really help me. so i would like to hook them up if they come up with solutions for my legit problems. lol.
