It's sadly not the HHS report to the AG required by law (Title 21, Chapter 13), but how could the AG keep up the obstruction of such with these documents on the table. Especially as she seeks federal RICO statutes against the fossil fuel industry for being science deniers ...

If it does get rescheduled what does that mean for Michiganders?

Wasn't there some bill that was slated to be enacted contingent upon rescheduling of marijuana?

I guess a lot of people are going to get a taste of irradiated weed grown in toxic mines,sounds yummy doesn't it.

The CARERS Act floating around Congress (DC) currently seeks to statutorily reschedule marijuana from Schedule I to II. That would trigger the Canadian Prairie Plant Systems' "Pharmaceutical Grade Marihuana Act" here in Michigan. Although that same corp/gov't game did not work out in Canada as planned and I'd assume it would get wrapped up in the courts here forever without any resolve as well. It was just a Canadian April Fools Day joke in the end ...

As with so many other mmj patients, I could never afford the amount of medicine I use and rely upon my cultivation skills (not the gov't or a corp.) for my medicinal needs.
