Reserva Privada KandyKush Grow +Rep for stopping in!

KK is finally starting to look "alomst" done. I'm going to look at the buds tomorrow when I water her and see how the trics are looking. Depending on how she looks, tomorrow might be her last feeding. Then a nice week long flush with molasses.

A few days ago the top bud that I looked at was still all cloudy. I noticed a lower bud today when I was messing around in there that looked done so I'm going to check it out tomorrow, possible test bud I'll keep you guys posted, more pics tomorrow!

Its visquine plastic thats black on the outside and white on the inside. "lightproof" It worked well, I'm thinking of making a door for the very front. Basically the only part you can get to haha...The part thats open in that pic. Thats just a poster I had in my closet lol, I'll probably put that on the door because it looks cool

I got it with a lumatek ballast, and got a slightly better bulb, and it wasn't too expensive. I think with shipping and everything it was nearly 300.

Right under the hood it's probably 85 or so, but depending on how hot the day is it can get a bit hotter, but I live in the south and have no central A/C so it can get a little hot even if I try and fight it... and ambient is probably 80-82.

Funny story, I moved the light to get better coverage in the tent, and unknowingly I ripped the ducting off the fixture and it wasn't being cooled at all, I hadn't noticed it because the exhaust fan was obviously working and looked normal... so for the last three days the temps were 87-95 and I was freaking out, I kept the window unit on in the bedroom to keep it cool but it wouldn't work... Today I decided to do some transplanting and clean up the tent, when I walked in I looked up and saw that the ducting was ripped off, I was like "FUCKIN SHIT!", so I re-taped it and the temps are back to normal

Damn stoner moments.

#1.) I think its probably the most important. Vent the hot exhausted air into the attic and not back into the closet. Thats whats making the temp go up in the closet and room I think. If that dropped the ambient 4-5 degrees that would help a lot!

That's exactly what you need to do, and same with me but, of course it calls for a lot of work, and I'm too lazy when I'm home

Lmao @ your ducting falling off, that is great news though because that is very similar to what happening to me! Now I'm sitting here with my widow open freezing my ass off haha!

thanks hun and i know...hes really trying to make us mad...its pretty bad, hes been at it for about an hour and a half now..maybe 2 hours haha..but about the male, its alright..it was sure pretty and smelled really good..but it had to be done...i have a party cup going right now..i wanted to try using soil this time..but ill be following along..good luck on all of it

Don't feel bad, I vegged 2 males out my first grow for 2 months! Ask djruiner he witnessed it if he remembers lol.. Soil will be a lot more forgiving, good luck to you to!

Hey Smelly, do you have any idea if/when Attitude or anyone might have more of the OG Kush from Reserva Privada? All I have seen is the OG Kush #18, which I am sure is good, but no one has the OG Kush from the chemdog clones or whatever. Thanks for the input!

@hazorazo, the OG from RP is discontinued man, I doubt there will be anymore, at least for a while. That's why I snatched up a pack when I had the chance, got a nice OG momma now

Maybe try some Cali Connection seeds, they have to some bomb OG genetics, that chem vally kush sounds fucking amazing

I like that new box you built. What is your light setup in there? I know you grow with CFL's but how many / what wattage do you use in your flower box? I have about 20 2700k CFLs laying around including 5 42 watters that I'm thinking of building a cabinet or something with. Since whatever lights you are using are obviously working like a mofo I thought I would ask.

I don't know, I've been wondering the same thing! My buddie did pick up some og kush #18 so I might be getting a clone of that in the future though

LoL, I'm just gonna throw a random guess out there but I think I might wait 1 more week just to make sure she's gonna be done soon. I really want to let her go till she's 50/50 amber/cloudy and I think she still might have some fattening up to do so we will hold off for the time being

About the OG, that sucks! How its it though? LIke I said above I'll probably be smoking and growing some of the #18 in the near future!

Getting one up soon I'll take some pics if I can to compare but Its probably still going to be a couple weeks before harvest so maybe we should hold off on the guesses for now. Idk you can look and decide when I put the pics up!

Its cool bro I know its a lot to jump into!! 150 Fin pages lol. Its the 250w MH which will be ussed for veg this next grow and I'm hoping to pick up a 400 cool tube hps for flowering. Anyway getting side tracked, Right now for this KK is was the 250 and a little over 200 watts in cfl's! You can see in this pic all of the cfl's that are in the box
