I would start the plant you are reversing in 12/12 about two weeks before the plant you are pollinating. It takes some time to reverse, and you want to make sure that your plant isn't too far along in flowering to produce seeds. Make sure you spray about twice a day. I am getting ready to do it myself. It has been a few years since I tried it. Not all plants will reverse with colloidal silver.

That's interesting Hermit, I've been spraying 2 clones of mine for almost 4 weeks now (1 week before flip) and I'm only seeing buds forming. Do you know why some won't reverse by any chance? I've been looking for info but can't find it.

Last time I tried I couldn't get a c99 to reverse. Sprayed it for about a month, and all of the pistils died off and receded, but that was about it. I tried another pheno, and it worked, but barely. I got about ten seeds out of it. I think it may have been that I was using colloidal silver that was too weak. It was 10 ppm. I just got a bottle of 50 ppm and I am hoping that it works better. I just bought a new tent for moms and dads, and it cleared up a lot of space in my veg chamber, so I am going to try and make some auto fems. I hate to see perfectly good light go to waste.

Yeah I figured it may be the strength. I used 50ppm last time and it worked ok, this time I could only get 30ppm and it doesn't seem to be doing anything.

I've read that some folks have experienced it's basically impossible to reverse some plants. The cheese clone specifically comes to mind. Not sure how common this is or if it's even true for sure, but it's worth noting - maybe someone growing it out can comment on their experience.

I have yet to find a plabt I couldn't reverse, have had a few reverse but with sterile pollen :( making your own CS is the best way, cheapest, and sure fire way to get it right! Also it needs to be mentioned while spraying with CS twice a day cut back on the watering of plant, keep it moist and let it get almost dry before watering again as spraying will be enough.... I personally got tired of mucking around with CS and since have started using STS, SO MUCH easier, spray once and thab again in like 10days and that's it! Though he cautioned STS is toxic and dangerous use safety while using, don't get on your skin, wear goggles, gloves and a face mask and be warned what ever that spray hits it's going to dye it brown, so best done outside.... Also when ordering the two needed chemicals Silver Nitrate and Sodium Thiosulafate not to ever order both chemicals from the same seller... Best place I've sourced the needed stuff was on eBay...$30 total and you'll have enough to make STS for YEARS to come!
So there is options out there, way the pros and cons of each and whatever you decide don't buy CS it's just plain ridiculous when it can be made so damn easily it should be a crime to sell the stuff :(

I start spraying mine when I flip to 12/12. I have a C99 right now that I am collecting pollen from. I am about to be heading to work but when I get home today I will take a picture and post it.

Yup skme strains just wont reverse, disel was stubborn reverser for me. But C99 flipped like a switch.

I buy "200 ppm collodial silver" from amazon, water it down (WITH DISTILLED WATER) to about 50-70 ppms, and spray multiple times daily. If you have a day job, go ahead and forget collodial silver and use STS. Or build a robotic/mechanical sprayer
