rock wool how wet should it be?

i was wondern how wet the rockwool should be? damp, soaked? do i need to ring it out?

Your rockwool should be moist, but not wet.

After you soak the cubes swing or shake them to force water out, but do not crush the cube.

What size cube are you using? If you are using 1 by 1 inch cubes than weigh it out to 30 grams if you have a digital scale
To get water out sling it out with a flick of your wrist but DO NOT SQUEEZE the cube. It will take out all the air pockets and strangle the clone
