Hotspots have nothing to do with the head produced by the bulb.

They're caused by light being concentrated and reflected -- think ants under a magnifying glass.

ditch the tinfoil.. better off painting the walls flat white.. or invest in some mylar or reflective material that people use for car windshields during the summer

How far along are we now? I wouldn't feed any Nutes until they are a bit bigger. That's just me.

I'm keeping them small I'm about 2 weeks in just switching to 12/12 now

And what's good to use as a wire screen/fence for ontop to last them n such

I have a tote thing going on and its doing fine with a small 18 watt tube. I was thinking of painting the outside black. Does anyone have any experience with painting plastic.

I would hate to buy spray paint and have it chip off all over the place I would hate to have a big mess on my hands.
also guys I have Mylar and was thinking of attaching with glue any suggestions?

Rustoleum Flat White Protective Enamel.

Sand and wash the inside of your bin. Spray two light coats at a time an over the course of 24hrs and use the entire can. Allow to dry for at least 48hrs.

This seems like it could be a good product for painting boxes.

these are still bag seeds i started, seeds from attitude should be arriving soon. i made a cabinet box for tall sativa strains. im on day 18 as of now and i have toped my largest plant in the tub and lsting it i also lined the inside with an emergency blanket , the larger cabinet has 1 100 watt cfl and 1 150 watt cfl and 4 40 watt tubs 2 sun light and 2 soft white

As of right now for these bag seed I'm useing mirical grow seedling starter and 12-4-8 mirical grow all purpose indoor plant food liquid as for these new seeds that came in the mail I'd like to do better for them can I get a link and list of good soils and best nutes for veg n best for flower , thanks guys for your input n thoughts so far.... well heres the pic of the new soon to be babies. as soon as this bag seed grow is done i will be starting a grow journal . i trying to force these bag seed to flower and get this grow over with so i can start these seeds i just swapped on to 12/12 starting at 24/0 then 18/6 now 12/12 . and also swapped out 6 of my 10 2700 lumens 100 watt lights for 6 1600 lumen warm light bulbs , i kept 2 2700s in there
