Running Into Serious Problems--Relentless pH Levels!! In Dire Need Of HELPP!!! Pics!!

Alright, well, its been a tough grow. My last grow (AK48 in sig), came out fantastic, but I'm worried about this Swiss Cheese girl.
She veg'd out for a little over 4 weeks, and is currently almost 5 weeks into flowering.
She's burned and battered, and I need help. Shes having all different sorts of deficiencies, the main culprit? Nutrient lock-out..
My soil pH is low, very, very, very low. in the 4.5 to 5.5 range with no way to change it. Ive added crushed lime to the soil as well as watered with it, tried foliar feeding to stop burn and calcium deficiency, and I dont want to add any more nutes in fear of making things worse. Ive tried flushing around 3 times with multiple gallons of water each time. I need to raise my pH and quickly, otherwise my heading is for stormy waters.

Also, she's developing slowly and buds are remaining small for this reason, I think. At least that's what it looks like.

HOW CAN I RAISE MY PH VERY QUICKLY, IN SOIL, WITH A MATURING PLANT ALREADY PLANTED IN IT?
I fear if this doesn't happen fast, she'll die before her time....

OTHER DETAILS:
FFOF soil
-Botannicare Pure Blend Pro Grow, Bloom, And Cal-Mag
-150w HPS
-Once again, pH between 4.5-5.5
- The pH of my water/nutrient mixtures is ALWAYS between 6.5-7.0
-3 gal nursery pot
-Topped once

Feel free to ask any other questions.

well if your water is Ph'd at 7, and your soil is dropping that low, then id suggest after you mix your water/nutrients and test the ph, bring the ph UP to 8.5 then water and check the runoff, then after a few hours check the soil, if you have a ph tester for your soil. You SHOULD be able to solve your soil ph problem that way since the acidic nature of your soil will balance out with a higher ph'd water/nutrient solution. Does the ph of the soil raise over the course of a few days after you water it or does it stay a constant 4-5 range? Also how EXACTLY are you testing to get your 4.5-5.5 results? with a soil tester or what?

Stays at that constant level, and i always check my after I mix my nutrients, and its always at a bit less than full strength. I didnt want to be adding extremely alkaline mixtures to the soil and possible shock the plant and make my problem worse. my water is always 7.0 and unfortunately i dont have a soil pH tester, but i do test run-off and those are my results. RUN-OFF ISNT THE MOST ACCURATE BLAH BLAH, I know, tight budget unfortunately.

Not just the top, but most of the serious burning is ontop. undergrowth is turning light green/yellow, mid leaves as well as some bottoms are too. Heat and light is not a problem. my tent runs at <75 degrees with my 150 4-5 inches away.

"Nutrients" are the most effective way to change PH of a medium (at least organic soil).

Watering with a high PH is not very effective IMHO, try to get hold of Canna Rhizotonic - it's a root stimulator with VERY high PH.
(or something else, if you know it has a high PH).

have you peek in the pot ? i know it would be hugh risk to expose the root since its possible its root got become rotten from too much water ? or some kind of insects eat the roots ? after you said you always check the pH before you water your plant...please dont take my word for granted..just explore the possbitilies...than that your plant looks good to me...maybe its just strain ? I hope someone will help ya out if they have exprienced grow this kind of strain that i havent, so in all good time your plant will recover soon :)

just whisper to the lady...make her feel better , feel me ? happy growing.
