I used to and I've been meaning to again, I like those Japanese feather razors! Japanese scissors are also amazing, I have like 5 different kinds-they really know how to cut cardboard over there.
Man, Reddit got me into DE shaving a few years ago and now that I can't settle for a lesser shave, I only shave a few times a year and DE is not the option for a leisurely shave haha

My plants are now 5 days into drying-they are still fairly moist to the touch....I was worried they would be crispy by now, but they might actually take 10 days to dry, which is always my minimum goal. I've been lucky though with the outside RH, I've been able to keep my indoor rh between 50 and 55% even with my windows open at night. Temps have been awful, 77-84 deg. Drying in the pot ABSOLUTELY slows down the dry-I think these plants would be crispy now if I'd hung them.

Also, I've been considering whether to go with Cherry Bomb for my next grow, or if I should check out the Maruf Black I got from Tony G, or the Hopar Valley #2 from ILE. I just saw Hopar #2 listed on Ace's website, and they have so much good info on the strains in the area. The Hopar Valley sounds incredible, I'd love to visit for tourism and to collect seeds. Anyway, the price is much higher now too: https://www.aceseeds.org/en/brands/indian-landrace-exchange/hoparvalleyselection2regularseeds.html I copied this interesting section:

"It's also, noteworthy that the smell found in these plants were a lot more intense in comparison to possibly any other known landrace variety encountered yet. The shear density of the resin glands on the flowers was outstanding in majority of the cases and the bigger size of those glands only seems to further aid in being able to produce and store higher volumes of (secondary metabolites) cannabinoids and terpenes."

Gosh, now I'm torn....This sounds so promising, I might have to grow these next! This sounds like a great strain to cross the Viet Black or Colombian Gold I'm getting from Snow High later this year. I will also be reproducing it.
Wow It's mighty refreshing to read about the smell of weed rather than the boring % of thc/cbd.

This % of thc/cbd irritates me it doesn't mean anything to me in the real world.

I posted this pic over in the "frostiest nugs" thread, but I decided to use it again here for a quick smoke report because I just vaped it, lol:

This little nug just needed a few hours to dry enough for me to crush up for the vaporizer. Have you guys ever tried some new herb in your vaporizer and been shocked by the thickness of the vape coming out? Like, everything else is the same, temps/amount of herb/etc, but the vapor is just so much thicker than you've been used to? That's what happened with this NSFSHEEESH. I'm having a hard time describing the scent of this crushed bud, it's a familiar smell to any seasoned toker, but I'm just not sure what to call it. These terpenes triggered a memory of me smoking a bud that tasted identical to this in my garage during high school right before I went back inside and watched "Big Trouble in Little China." Smells really trigger vivid memories for me. I wish I could describe it, most of you would recognize it-it's sharp/pungent. The vapor from this bud just goes straight to your brain-I got that tickly feeling deep inside my forehead, and was just immediately uplifted by this herb. It's not just pure THC concentration either, I never look for that in a strain because some high THC strains make me feel terrible. This strain is super uplifting and has serious positive vibes AND is very potent. I just watched episode three of "Isekai Ojisan" and laughed so hard tears streamed down my face. I cannot recommend this strain enough, it really has something special going for it and not just in looks-the effects from this strain are absolutely top tier. I don't usually recommend a strain off one test session either! I promise, I'll work on my description of these terps as I spend more time with them.

Today is day 7 of the drying period for this plant, and it's getting close to being the right time to trim. I don't have the physical power to trim 4 plants in one day anymore due to arthritis in my hands, so I like to start trimming just slightly early, even if it means a little "burping" to get to my sweet spot of 55% RH before I seal them in the grove bags. Here is my first "jar test"-I just fill an 8oz jar 2/3 full with rough cut bud and seal it in with my Inkbird hygrometer overnight to see where the RH is at. Right now it's at 64% RH after 8 hours in the jar, so I might be good to start trimming tomorrow, but I have a feeling that Friday will be perfect to start, and hopefully finish on Saturday.

I'm with you 100%. The search for new terpenes is always one of my goals, especially the weird ones, the weirder the better. I've always associated really good effects, especially medical effects, with weird strong terps.

Here are a couple more shots of the other strains, first pic is the Flapjacks. The smell of this one has really changed and I'm curious to see what it will smell like after a couple of weeks in a grove bag. I've just vaped this once and it was a very nice, uplifting high. The buds of this are very fluffy and I thought the plant had a lot of larf, but realized that larfiness is just what the normal buds are like on it. The NSFSHEEESH has the most density out of this group of plants.

Here is the Jelly breath, the buds ended up looking very pretty. This one is less potent than Flapjacks or NSFSHEEESH and it's more of a sleep aid. The yield from it wasn't great. I'll do my weigh out tomorrow for all of these, but so far I believe NSFSHEESH is tops, then A&B, then FlapJacks, then Jelly B. I'm detecting less terps from this group over my last group, which I think is down to the high temps I was forced to dry at. The Chem terps of the Apples and Bananas X Medellin are very strong and dank.

Here are a couple shots I got while trimming today. First two are the Apples and Bananas X Medellin. They are very pretty light green nugs, rock solid, sticky, and just straight chem.

Next two are the NSFSHEEESH. This is my favorite plant in years:
