Rust Fungus ..!! First Time Having it. Need Some Help. Pics Included!!

I think it's recommended that if you burn sulfur, locate your air pumps outside of the grow room to avoid putting sulfur into the water.

I personally fight off fungus problems with fungus. EWC tea used as a foliar spray works pretty well, and if used in the res will induce a natural resistance to fungus and to some degree even insect attacks.

My comments aren't posting. Lets see if this one works.

am glad I ran into this thread...had this, it destroyed 5 bubblelicious fems I had..i even was told by my son in law "it's rust, you need to treat em or it'll spread"
I got a lot of it's nute burn..etc, too..wish i had listened, they're dead now i pulled them.
all i needed was a sulfer burner, grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!
theres really no info on google when you search rust...i did find this though..now i know if it happens again!

It is real. And its exactly the case here. I got root aphids from roots organic soil and killed them off but have identical looking plants to his here. Its def a rough issue to deal with as its almost beyond repair with it once it spreads. Did u get it fixed anyone with just sulphur? Im trying to burn some too and ill see if it works. I read it only stops and kills spores and acts as a preventative only against the fungus itself.

Yes rust fungi is real there are about 7000 different ones. I was wondering what the sulfur does to plants in bud,. Can you smoke it after the treatment ?

Hey guys, new to growing in a tent and my first plant got the worst case of rust fungus I have ever seen. ALL the sugar leaves curled under, turned brown and brittle, dryed up the buds and almost stopped growth. Got rid of the plant and disinfected Everything. Put two new 12" 12 & 12 plants in and in a few days had the signs of rust on one. Tried the sulfur spray first and it really slowed it down. I bought a sulfur burner just in case but they don't come with instructions, especially for a small 3 x 3' tent. If i have to burn how much, how long? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
