Hi all, New to the site and just finished reading your SLH journal 8. Great grow with awesome pics and has sold me on getting that strain! I am about to start reading the SOB though so I may be torn between them :D You posted details of your set up near the end and said you had an inlet fan directly from outside , with temps as low as -3c out there. Did you run the exhaust and inlet fans constantly 24 hrs a day or only during lights on/ some other combination? What sort of min/max temps and humidity were you getting on that grow? I have a similar set up with a 600w hps and outside temps getting close to that. My room is getting up to 26 at the canopy( around 19 at floor level) and down to 12 during lights off at canopy and floor. Humidity is varying for 50-80. My girls aren't putting weight on as I'd hoped and I'm thinking it might be because they are getting too cold. I was hoping for a decent result for my Northern Lights but it is looking very light for 7 weeks. Any thoughts appreciated. Tried editing this 5 times but can't space my sentences out! Can anyone tell me how it is done rather than showing this solid wall of text

I think they call them paragraphs, but that's not too much text to handle by a long shot.
Try pressing enter at the end of a sentence to bring it down a
line

or two.

Try hitting your plants with nutrients containing lots of potassium and phosphorus. Lots of POTASH is good for flowering also but I think it might be a bit late for you.

If you are one of those filthy "soil" growers you might be able to bulk them up a bit with a CARBO LOAD such as molasses.
Don't get sugar anywhere near a recirculating DWC system though.

Its a snot fueled nightmare.

Hehe thanks , yeah I was hitting enter and taking it down a line or 2 after each sentence but it keeps bunching it back up when it posts:s. (It maybe bcos I'm trying to use a proxy on this site?). Thanks for the nute advice and I have covered most bases with things like potash. I am in a clay ball recirculating system and have had good results when I lived in a warmer climate. I think my ladies might be too cold which is why I was interested to see how well 8's SLH did despite very cold temps outside. I thought he may have turned the fans off during lights off to try and keep the room temps up a bit, or maybe added a heater to the room. Thanks for the reply! Bah it has done it again lol
