second grow ak48 under cfls

so i have grown before but it went terribly wrong i didn't have enough lights and was using bad soil, etc.
so this time i had a few questions about lighting and the strain and stuff to make shure that this time i do it right,
i am planning on getting 5 fem ak48 and growing one or two of them, i also recently found this lighing thing it looks like a power strip but has bulb socket things instead of outlets all the lights were 357watt bulbs made for movies that only last four hours lol
but i figured i could get some y socket things and puting one of those in each of the four original sockets and then using 42 watt cfls and spread out some more 42 watts as needed, i am planning on getting some fox farms soil, grow big and tiger bloom
i am planning to do a scrog as well and i was wondering what kind of yield you think i could get if i vegged until the screen was maybe half to 3/4 full i dont know i would like to get any insight on lighting and stuff

Well if you actually follow through with everything you said, there is no reason why you shouldn't have a successful grow. Make sure you have ventilation and possibly a fan for good airflow. If you can, post pics of your set up

I use a regular surge protector with parts from the hardware store. There are plugs you can get that plug into outlets and you screw a bulb into them. Then I used y sockets in those. (Some of the outlet plugs are a bit loose, so be careful if you hang it like I did. That's why you can see plastic ties securing the y sockets.)
Also unless the outlets are really spaced wide, you won't be able to put a light in every space. So plan ahead for that.

ok cool so hopefully in a couple of days i will be able to go out and get some lights, im kind of tied down with my job trying to get enough money to make it through my next year of college, i will check out your grow journal thx.

ok cool so went out to lowes tonight and go some dry wall and other supplies for a grow box and placed an order for 10 ak48 seeds

Lol I got 26 watt cfls instead because I could get six for eleven bucks as to one 42 watt for the same I also got the y sockets and hooked all the lights up and holy shit! You need sunglasses to even think about looking at it for a second hopefully I will get my seeds within the next two weeks to get my grow started hopefully will have it harvested by October also only planning on verging for about a week, because i could only find 2700k bulbs

mkay so i got four plants started and holy shit these fuckers are big for one week compared to the genetics that i had for my last grow they are easily five inches tall and are busy as shit im gonna top them in a week or two and do a scrog and will definatly take some clones
