Second Grow....First Using 400 watt HPS

But the number of bud sites is ridiculous compared to my only other grow. There's at least 3 times the amount.......gettin scared....it's like day of the triffids in there!!!!!

Yea, I got that. Shes done stretching but not growing.
My guess is your gonna need about 6 more inches. Since you haven't topped most of the axioms will go to the main cola.

My missus topped one of em and it worked and thats the one thats stretching......i got about 6 inches to play with(no innuendo intended) so might just manage without a re build!

here's the cfl vegged one,also not topped so glad i never as it looks like a christmas tree!!!!! Get the fairy lights out!

And the naturally vegged unruly one which my missius topped,standin a scary 39 inches tall.....

They are looking great man. You got tighter nodes with the cfl veg but that natural one may produce more.

Just thought I would share a couple pics of the training I did to three plants that are about the same age as yours 3 weeks into flower. I vegged outdoors, bent these girls over and tied them, (AKA supper cropping) then put them under a screen and a 400 watt Ceramic metal halide in my cabinet.












See how even the canopy is?
That will allow the light to get to more of the buds.

The real deal is in the dual cabinet grow.

Your gonna find most people who grow SCROG style will weave the plants between the screen. I prefer to tie back to the screen, its a little more time consuming but you have much more control over the grow cause if you get a branch that just takes off you can untie it and point it in another direction where ya got more room. If its weaved into the screen... well your stuck with it where it is. You could always top the plant while vegging into a screen too though.

Most of the time I will top the plant before putting it under the screen. This time they got too tall so I bent it over and tied it a week before going under.
I think using a screen, even if its just for tie downs is the only way to grow indoors.

Just had confirmed news that there are foot patrols with dogs capable of sniffing out drugs in my scheme........Was gonna totally delete my profile as the police round here have a boner for even mini grows....but just gonna get off the radar for a while..........see y'all in a bit as these initiatives in the nothern part of fraggle rock never last long. Yip it's true alright........just been stopped and searched along at my local Spar(7/11 for all my american compadres) Thankfully wasn't smoking(most unusual) and wasn't carryin anythin but the dog showed considerable interest in my pocket/package area. I know i said i was goin off radar but fuck it......what i got in my cupboard is just a fine and confiscation dealio if the door ever gets put in! Had to laugh on saturday morning........was on my way to pick the wee one up from a birthday party and was walkin through a neighbouring scheme.......looked down one of the side roads and heres a fella doing a Usain Bolt in broad daylight with 2 pots under his arms with what was defo 2 huge sativas in the pots.........i might be paranoid(a small dose is always helpful around these parts as most of the police round hereare so crooked they need to sleep on a spiral stairway)but there's no way i would run down a street in broad daylight just to get them out the house! Was still laughing when i got to the cinema to get the wee one and not knowing the other mums and dads that well had to bite my lip...........all i could think about was this geezer runnin round the scheme and for some reason in my little world the 'Benny Hill' chase music was playing as he did.......epic! It could only happen here on fraggle rock i tells ya.........complete farce.....but funny too! I hope the geezer got his girls a new home tho they looked really healthy!

Whatever the police activity was about round our area seems to have stopped so i'm back online.......nothin much to report really except that my ph is a tad high.......nothin extreme like just on the border line between 6&7. Thankfully they haven't stretched anymore and the buds are starting to swell up nicely.......too shattered after work to take pics and post them but the girls are comin out for a few hours either tomorrow or saturday so i can wash down the room with a very mild bleach solution as i've noticed a few tiny flying things hovering about.......not many,say half a dozen or so and i'm not sure what they are cos they're so small and hard to catch,got fly paper someplace so i'll hang a cupla rolls. Other than that there's not much to report.........nutes up to about 2 thirds strength and i think i'll keep it that way as there hasn't been any adverse effects,they're drinkin like fish though.........2litres each every day.........i'm using my nutes once every 3rd watering.....so it's nutes,water,water then back to nutes,water,water so on and so on! Trichromes are forming nicely in all the right places. Does anyone have a home made remedy to help bring my ph down just a tad? Like i said not the most exciting of posts but just lettin ya know what i'm up to,and so's people can put me right if they think i'm doin anything wrong? All criticism and advice is all greatly appreciated and then taken on board. Reading pages and pages is all fine and well but you can't beat learning from other folks mistakes/successes. Away for a fat one......unfortunately all we have is soap bar and it's givin me the heave! Tata fir noo!

got ur message mate, ur ladies are lookin nice. yeah u could of had 1 that hermied and then self pollonated. i havent been postin as much as id like lately, been a bit preoccupied. my estate is a bit hot right now so me and a friend have done a joint venture in a new location. got 3 cheese runnin drip and drain hydro and 1 cheese in a bubbler hydro in week 5 of bloom under 1k watt hps. and 2 cheese, 1 ak47, and 1 skunkberry all in bubbler hydro pots under 2x 250w veg cfls and a 400w metal halide (bit of over kill in the veg department but tryin to give the girls the best start in life i can). using canna hydro vega as the main veg nutes. bloom nutes; using canna hydro flores as the base nute and adding big bud, bud candy,cal mag alternately, and will also be using overdrive and final phase towards the end.
the cheese thats in the bubbler pot in bloom is a fuckin MONSTER!! lookin like its gna be round 8 oz, which will be a personal best from a single plant. the skunk berry is gna have clones took off it just before it goes in2 bloom, brilliant genetics and a good phenotype so gna preserve the strain. is ur area still crawling with the filth or things calmed down abit now? peace

Na they've moved on now.....these things never last long round here......city centre is where they're at.......was pushed for time this morning and only had yime to check one o them......checked the other one and they've both been contaminated...........totally gutted,but it's too late in the day to do fuck all now.....seedy smoke for me then.......thank feck i dinna do ot for retail.......ordering femmed ak48 when i get paid and i still have my 2 femmed widows vegging. Only thing i can think of is i stressed one of them too much and it turned.....they were both definitely females 3 weeks ago........won't be the first time i've smoked weed wi seed in it......still don't stop me from being really bummed tho.......sounds like you're sorted for a while though. weed with seed is better than no weed indeed. shame they got pollinated but i suppose we wouldnt enjoy the sun if it wasnt for the rain. how long ur girls got left mate?
