seed bank that ships seeds via ups,dhl,etc?

I would like to order seeds but ship them to my neighbors house (vacant), but the regular mail isn't put into boxes in front of each house. They put it all in a locked box like at apartments. So i wanted to know if any seedbanks ship via a method that would have the package delivered to there house.

Try sending a plain envelope addressed to your neighbour at your address, and see if it get delivered to them or you. If it gets delivered to you then you can say.. hey I'm not "neighbours name", they must have used the wrong address if anything were to happen.
