The best Method from all of the extensive research I have done...Have a sealed, air tight container...centrifuge tubes on ebay are great..test tubes, or pill bottles..
put your seeds in with a bunch of rice to act as a desiccant..moisture stabilizer...key is to top up the container with rice so that the vacant air space doesn't leach moisture from the seeds...If you intend to use them in the next year to 18 months...pop the containers in a second air tight container..ziplock,sealed jar or something then in fridge or MrToadcool and space in basement...For longer term storage freeze them...perhaps use some in freezer some in fridge as a precaution if you have technical issues...

For pollen..add approx 10x amount of baking flour to pollen..mix and store in gel caps that you can buy at healthfood stores..again store gelcaps in a secondary sealed vessel to keep dry..pop in freezer. When using..remove from freezer and let thaw for 8-12 hrs before using

Cheers

Not really, I just didn't want you to try to get all the moisture out thinking it was a good thing. When you first harvest the seeds they will be wet and moist inside. You will need to let them firm up in low 20-30% humidity. When they are firm to the touch give them a couple more weeks, then bag and freeze them. I pull them out about every 6 months and let the condensation form under normal humidity 50/60%. Never spray with water. This seems to work for me. I have seeds 15-20 years old that will still germinate. Some of the old timers have a 40/50% germination rate.
