Seeded flower.. Help please

Good morning, I have a box with 16 plants and yesterday while checking I found one plant (which had actually kind of stuck and smells less) with a nice big seed in the tip of one top...I picked it up and it is almost ripe, I proceeded to check the whole plant but I didn't find any other seeds or at least I didn't see them. I checked the others and found another one with a nice big top but with small seeds (about 6/7) and didn't seem to find any more.. The problem was a plant that was burned with light and I tried to pare everything to retrieve it but finally I saw bananas and it was too late....
What should I expect? A weed that has no effect? Bad taste? Totally full of seeds? This Saturday is the scheduled cutting day and I'm afraid of finding everything full of seeds or otherwise smoking not very strong weed. I know you guys are not wizards and can't predict the future but I wanted to understand if the situation is so tragic.... I thank you guys in advance

You realise that seeded weed was the norm in the 70’s 80’s and still got you high!!

yeah, the old thai and mexican brick weed had loads of seeds in it, but the best part of it was the seeds produced much better grass then the original weed

I thank you for responding to me immediately anyway i know, I live in a place where practically nothing gets there and for years I've been smoking outdoor weed full of seeds...I'm just breaking my balls because in total there are 16 plants and I'm afraid most of them are like that and certainly after putting time and money into it it bothers me. Not to mention the fact that if I'm not careful practically after one hit I start smelling like grilled meat! This has never happened to me before and I'm afraid that at the terpene level it's not the best and I'm afraid of getting high expectations of the effect and then being disappointed ..I'm getting my balls in a twist. Also because for 3 months I have to sit still because of the summer and I also have to move house so I basically have to keep this ganja for 6 months

That sucks, I was just thinking about that and the smell of roasted meat that I smell every time ... then it's nice to take the top and without having to be careful and put it straight into the grinder.

Your handles nasty lol but it’ll be fine probably almost herms or something from the light you might get a few plants that have some seeds you might not

A friend of mine gave me an old non-dimmable led cob and to try it out I put it for a month and in the box, I was in the hospital for a week and my roommate only knew to put water but I hadn't said anything about adjusting the height of the lamp and I had just flipped so Imagine... basically on the side it was getting no light and in the middle it was basically a sun. I changed to my LED and everything worked out.
It was in bad shape but it seemed to recover until I found bananas...that was the problem

The seeds are almost certainly feminized. If this is the biggest disappointment in your life regarding cannabis you’re lucky indeed.

I had read something about it but I had also read that however producing seeds from hermie makes you keep a bad genetic defect... but rightly I am not informed enough to make assumptions.. anyway I wish I was as lucky as you say but unfortunately my biggest disappointment was 6 years ago when I threw 450gr of ganja for mold... my dehumidifier didn't work and I was in a basement

Nanners and hermies are 2 different things.

Some of the best weed in the past was seeded. Many strains will seed themselves at the end. Likely you have more than 1 seed but unlikely it is loaded. Usually you can see more than 1 if it is bad.

Without seeds, where would we be?

Harvest it
Dry it
Smoke it

I'm sorry but it's still not very clear to me and I get confused writing...that is, I know that nanners come from both genetic defects and stress but I don't really understand hermaphroditism. I didn't understand how it is triggered

Were all your flowers like this? Or could you tell from the outside anyway that it was so full of seeds? And especially I would like to know if they were pollinated by a male plant or by what?

The entire plant was seeded. I pollinated it on purpose with a male plant. The weed was still potent.
