Seedling - 18/6 light?

Hey, how much light does my seedling need?

like:


whilst it hasn't sprouted does it need a light turned on and does it need 18/6 hours?


when it has sprouted how long do I need my light to be on? 18/6?

i say do 20/4 when it hasnt sprouted then gradually put it to 18/6

i have lights on 24 hours throughout entire vegitative stage. garden is at maximum efficiency on a 24 hour light schedule....... good luck

i just have a few questions for you.
1. i have my cfl grow on a 19/5 light cycle, would it be more efficient for me to just leave them on 24/7 during veg?
2. if so, then would it matter if i changed my light cycle to constant lighting? im about a week and a half into veg... would it stress the plants out to convert to 24 hour lighting?

I also light in veg 24/7 and no, it won't hut if the next time they are on, just don't turn them off.

Alright cool. Sounds good. should i continue the same watering or bump it up just a tad?

I came across a thread that did an experiment with 18/6, 20/4 and 24/0 and 20/4 was found to grow the tallest plants.
