Seedling lighting

I am wondering as to which type of fluorescent lighting would be best for seedlings?
I hear a lot of T5 talk on here. I am wanting to hear what people think about them vs other competitors.
They would just be used to seedlings then I will throw them under MH at around 2-3 weeks old from seed
All fluorescent experts come share your knowledge por favor

I’ve been using T5’s and I am happy with how they are working. I got 4 of the 36” sun blaster bulbs 6400k in a fixture I put together my self. Plants are just over 3 weeks old.

I had my humidity dome under it to start now keep them about 2” away

does anyone keep their seedlings in the propagator ( without the lid on ) for a few weeks , as to help promote the root growth ?
