Ok, in the picture I have uploaded there are a couple of things wrong.
1. My biggest concern is these leaves on the tallest plant. They are curling up . This happened 2 days ago when I got home all the plants the leaning over like they were leaning towards the light but I haven't moved them in days and they all of the sudden decide to fall over? Anyways.. I moved them from the soil into my hydroponics system where I have a PH of 6.0, and I've mixed All purpose plant food 24-8-16 into the water at full strenght(mistake probably, i know, too late.) So I placed them in the pot of peddle rocks and started watering him. In one day it lived back up.
Then I read that my plants where tall and weak because my light was probably to far away so I lowered it, within hours they have wiltered back to this stage. Now I'm not sure if this is because of the light(Which is a fluorescent spiral bulb(suppose to be "full spectrum")) or because I got scared when I came home and the rocks weren't wet so I thought my timer system wasn't working. I turned it on and forgot about it for about an hour So what do you guys think about problem number one?
2. On the small plant you can see that the leaves are getting eat up. But I never see any bugs and I don't know how they got here so fast. Also that plant has an extremely weak stem as you can see I have a bread tie holding it up.
A few other things I'd like to hear comments about is how I have the watering set up. I know it needs to be something a little more evenly distributable but I was afraid I was going to lose them if I didn't get them put into the pot soon. I didn't think this would be much of a problems since the root system is still small and directly under the plant, which is also why I temporarily put them in the same pot. I have the pumps set to come on every 8 hours(3 times a day) for 5 mins, and those rocks drain fast.. To much, not enough water?
Ok I think that's it. Tell me what you guys think.
thanks
