Seedling showing pistils??

I have this plant going about 3 weeks i gave it some nutes to early for nut burn and I started off under a 300 watt led flower/veg light and I figured the light wasn't doing it as I stunted all my other seedlings. I put my t5 on them and it's growing a lot better and I noticed these white hairs could it be female already?

Damn. Really burnt them. I'm sure your soil can go at least a month with out needing anything but water.
Anyway looks more like just fucked up growth nodes.

I went nearly 2 months on veg without nuits, I think the 1st month without nuits would be okay as well.

Well should be showing sex soon but i think you've got other worries.
If your serious about that plant then figure out why its burnt or up-pot it into balanced soil and use just water for a bit.
