Day3 looks like stretching has stopped now watered this morning has the soil was dry temps am 74 humidity 46% got two more seeds but still haven't come through the paper towels yet got them in a sandwich bag it's been 5 days and still nothing looks like giving up on them two

lol I felt like I was reading myself.. I went through the same thing.. don't give up on the seeds yet.. and your seedlings are fine.. dnt worry yet.. btw what kind of seeds are they?
and what kind of lights?

Drop that fuckin light! Run a breeze over them to toughen them up too. Get some popsicle sticks ready, because they may flop.

I've put the light a little closer put it 4 inches off the leaves is this close enough ?

2-4 " is about right.. when you transplant you can put them deeper and get rid of the long stems!

it can take over 2 weeks for a bean to pop

but yeah we all like to see 2 leaves in a day or 2
