Curing but smells like cookies and cream

Do not order from Seedman customer service is so ignorant and selfish I understand every company has busy periods but communication is the key when dealing with people hard earned money. U can not go to any business get their product and pay them when it’s convenient for you. It’s a business if you can’t handle the heat get out the kitchen and let a real seed bank take over

Well, I for one am extremely happy with Seedsman. Yes, they may take a bit longer than other seed banks, but read almost any review about them and it will say that, so that's your bad if you didn't read anything first. I got my seeds right when they said I would. didn't spend much, and their freebies almost doubled my order. Popped one seed of each strain, and currently one seed of each strain is sprouted.

1½-2 Oz. I grow small plants, almost sog worthy

feels like a bit of a rip-off placed an order its been over two weeks they havent even shipped fuck all. no tracking number nothing. thinking about calling visa and disputing the charge for no services rendered. they take your cash super fast then not do anything.

You don't want to do that just be patient... They never rip you off they're a legitimate company for sure. I've ordered from them a dozen times. Do you live in the States? Here's why your order seems to not have shipped...

They no longer ship individual orders. They ship bulk orders to the States now... In the past there would have been a shipping label that said Barcelona, Spain when your package arrived. Now you'll notice that there is a US address as the origin because they ship multiple orders to a hub here in the States. Once the bulk order reaches stateside the individual packages get shipped to their destination. But until the bulk order reaches stateside you'll see a message stating that the order is on the way to the shipping facility. It's only after the bulk order reaches stateside that you'll receive an actual tracking number via email. After that it arrives to you within 3-5 days. The coronavirus situation may add a bit of a delay to the whole process but I promise that you'll receive your order. The extra free seeds alone should more than make up for this...

i dont live in the states, and bulk orders are stupid they had 2000 orders seized by us customs. im unsure if they will ship my package maby they will go tits up. dont believe me go on trust pilot check out the reviews people are raging.

I got my last order. Had to wait 2weeks for it to be processed. Emailed them and they got to it quick smart. Was over vivid lockdown too

Did you opt for the shipping insurance? Seedsman will replace a lost shipment so long as you paid for the insurance. But even then I'm sure your package is on the way. They get multiple orders worldwide and they are a very successful company I'm certain they didn't go belly up lol. Trust me you'll receive the order you'll see... It just takes time to get the actual tracking number.

0/10, took them a week the email me back as well wouldnt reecommend.

Since August my seedsman orders have been taking longer than normal to get to me. But they come sooner or later. Customer service is kinda a joke with them usually about a week (with covid) to get a response from a ticket. But again the orders do come. I've had one order placed 8-6-2020 that still hasn't arrived yet. They had to reship it but added even more freebies to the original order.

Seedsman promotes a 25 day shipping period minimum lol, you guys really shouldn't be too surprised

screw vendors who ship multiple peoples orders in bulk making some people wait weeks at a time for there order when other vendors just send individual parcels a day or so after accepting your money and immediatly provide a tracking number. these clowns i emailed them twice asking about my parcel and a tracking number couldnt even write me an email aswering my question even though they had normal conversations with me previously instead they sent the same pre written email twice what a fucken joke. fk these guys just gona charge back.

Visit the Seedsman site and go to any strain and you'll notice where it says CUSTOMER ALERT... Expand the message by pressing the customer alert and then read their announcement.

I've never had any trouble with seedsman. And I'm literally on the other side of earth. Over vivid was a bit slow so I emailed and they said something like "oh fuck, sorry, were on it right away" and I received my parcel 6 or something days later

Hey bro I wouldn't screw up your order by charging back because your order IS on the way my man. If you do that then you would waste all the time that you've already waited. I'd just wait for the order to arrive and then never use their service again. Besides, other sites may be a bit faster but they're also much more expensive and you won't get nearly as many free seeds... But I do get that it's frustrating having to wait so darn long but you'll be happy as shit when your package arrives trust me.

i thought this thread was for reviews all i see is a guy defending one guys bad review do you work for seedsman? they got so many bad reviews they removed the direct link from there webpage in the past couple days
