Everyone will have to excuse me, I have not smoked in 3 days so my head is not clear.
I was just stating that if feds storm your place with guns, their intentions are clear.
IMO, people have the right to defend themselves and my home is a sanctuary, maybe thats part of the problem people have nothing left they can call their own.
alot of people get caught up in these ways and are scared to do anything, i would not know if i was being robbed or arrested, thats got to be a little scary.
and if someone is willing to die for what they believe in more power to them, I am not a judge and dont want to be one.
And that brings me to another point, Anyone seeking authority to me has a few screws loose, or some kind of control freak.
you see it everyday with bad attitudes from cops, all types of corruption through out the country.
oh well just my 2 cents. no one should hang me for it.

They can take your house, your car, etc. Its called operating a dwelling for a narcotic/drug. This includes any place that a drug is produced, manufactured, sold, etc. which means your house, your car, your boat, your bicycle. It can all be taken. And your lights and everything else is considered paraphernalia so that will be taken as evidence. However, if you haven't fully paid off your house and the bank owns it because of a loan or whatever then the police will not take it but the bank might.

Okay, the first thing I ever did was check my states laws at the NORML website. All I know is that any cultivation is 2 to life more than a 1000 plants is 10 to life. It however does not say anything about who could be charged. I just want to know if they could prosecute my wife, (key term is prosecute) if I testify that I kept it all hidden for her safely. I mean no one knows I grow and the only way feds could find out is if Attitude seed bank gave up my credit card # or if HTGsupply gave up my credit card #. Or the feds were doing illegal shit like tapping my phones and internet. I often wonder if my ISP could bust me for the $$$. My wife could never go to jail and forgive me L. She has a spot clean record and is a NURSE for crap sake. Only one traffic ticket in her life. We have a very good lawyer who charges a 12,000 dollar retainer. So I think he could get the charges dropped for her. But I do not know, I think I will grow at my mums place Its an apartment though .

cops seized everything I owned for 2oz of weed, but never charged me with a crime. It was a civil proceeding and a panel of sheriffs that decided whether to take everything or not, not a jury as it should be.

You can still have a happy life after being busted if you don't try to reach for the gun. Your life must really suck to throw it away over relatively minor shit whether you are right or not doesn't matter, that's just dumb. Who wins after that? They do. Who looses, WE DO not you, you're dead, it's not your problem anymore but it would be their justification for what they are doing and we'd pay for it.

the war on drugs was started by the government and constituents haven't had the balls to force it to end.... until that policy ends, and the DEA evolves from a policing agency to an education agency then be careful, lay low, and be aware that nobody's to blame for what you do except yourself....
if MJ was legalized, taxed, and regulated there would not be any problem... i could bet a million dollars (if I had it) that any DEA agent would rather be going from dispensary to dispensary to ppl's houses to inspect crops with a clip board (ensuring cleanliness and permits), than be busting in "drug houses", with reinforced doors, not knowing what's inside, guns out, praying to god it's not their turn.....
of course, it's very american to refuse to admit failure, b/c america always gets it right... JAJA....
how can we sit by and watch the DEA manufacture statistics that say the war on drugs is working.... they say there is an increase in ppl joining rehab programs, they say it's b.c. ppl want to stop using, when the truth is they want to avoid jail time.... even violent criminals fake having addictions to be able to avoid jail time by going to rehab.... then they say that ppl have gone on the record saying they are drug users then get out and commit violent crimes, making you believe that drug users are violent.... it's pathetic....

no offense but i think thats bull. the DEA agents love what they do, it gives them a power trip like cops, tazering pregnant women, old ladies and mothers with children.
