Hmm my state seems fairly decent.

Distribution of 30 g or less for no remuneration 30 days 500 dollar fine anything over 10 plants is felony.

So anything under 10 is a misdemeanor as far as i can tell, it says anything under 30g so i dunno, i have no Gs atm lol

Sadly true, they are some serious steroid raging, want to shoot your poodle on the way in then jump on grandmas neck and pin her down asshats with major self worth issues or something. They need their jobs as they are and put them working jobs like glorified meter maids like he described and they'd go m16 postal and climb water towers in towns all over the country.

wow, what state do you live in?? Up here north, bill C-15 was introduced which states growing 1-200 something plants equals - mandatory 6 month minimum imprisonment and it goes up depending on how much you grow but the "minimum sentencing" is some bullsh*t

i'll give you that one... i dnt know any agents so yeah.... anyways unless someone narcs on you they can't go into your house... anonymous tips are not enough for a warrant.... FLIR cameras have been thrown out before.... unless an undercover sees your plants, or something REALLY obvious, you're ok.... check out police brutality watchdog groups, check the ACLU's website, don't let anyone but urself actually see ur grow in person ... use your rights....if a cop shows up at your house and asks: can I come in?, they ain't got shit..... go outside shut the door behind you, don't answer any questions, dnt say anything...., if they start asking too much ignore them and just ask: am I under arrest or am I being detained? if they say no, tell them to leave your property,...., go inside and shut the door... if it happens too often file a complaint against the dept and talk to a lawyer about any legal protection (anything you can use, racial profiling, civil rights violations, restraining orders, case law, ANYTHING).... not getting busted isn't that hard.... the ppl who get busted make stupid mistakes....
