you dont have to seed a whole plant just a branch saves money no more paying for seeds. very easy to do.

yes, they would be big enough to flower. I've read more than one post that say u can basically flower whenever u want 2, keeping in mind ur plants will double/triple in size from beginning to end of flowering.

i flower for indoor grows at anywhere from 12 to 24 inches depending on strain particularly whether an indica or sativa. for outdoor go as big as you can get away with.
