the pic is there you just have to click on it. this is the recirc water farm i recomend you use this unless you just want to do a single side project like what SOMEGUY is doing. the system or single bucket is very easy to use and almost hard to mess up. i run some every now and then usually for my cheese and l.a. confidential strains. but theres a link and a pic check them out try them out let us know how much you love em!!!
 
Hey man. I'm kinda lurking around in here, but I'm having trouble finding anything specific on your headband/sour kush grow. What area of the thread is it?

It's the main grow area. Grew them in Round 11 and currently in round 12. The 'pic album' link at the bottom has all my pics, since these threads tend to get a bit jumbled and unorganized. Here's a pic of my current layout and there's one like this for round 11 also. Unfortunately, my plants are fin huge and it's hard to get a pic of everything in one shot. I try to label a lot of things in the pic album tho. Its abv. is SK (sour kush) 1 and 2 are the diff phenos. Hope this helps.

Cool man. Not to hijack or nothing, but if I got 6.5' of height in an 8x8 tent would you only do 12 plants, or 16? HR says I should do 12 because he said the quality would be a little better, but probably wouldn't get quite as much as 16. I will have 4x600hps lights work out to something like 38/watts/ft.

Depends on how long u plan to veg. 4 weeks I'd do 16... more like 6 or 7 weeks then go 12.... all depends on how bushy you can get them before flower.

start with a sideproject. Like a small tent with a waterfarm. u'll crap urself how much faster they grow... like 2x. Just have to babysit a lil more depending on the setup. With the ebb & flo tables I think it's less babysitting then soil tho. I could leave a rez for 5 days no prob... 7 would be a stretch but I could prob pull it off if I filled them to the brim lol....the waterfarms tho, I have 1 plant under a 600 and she just went into flower drinking a solid gallon a day. The rez only holds 2, so the EC can spike if you don't add water at least daily. Ideally twice a day.
 
O I should also mention I've struck awesome roots in the cloner already. It's been 8 days. One of the blue mistic was well rooted at 6 days. The larger clones seem to take a little longer, like 8 days. A long shot from my 14-21 days in the dome. And losing clone with the gnats was unacceptable. I think this way they will be established enough to outgrow them. Also I noticed probably 2 or 3 of the clones died to dampening (mold w/e). Not sure if the gnats weakened them for that to strike, but honestly, never really seen that happen before. Anyways the aero cloner seems to be the answer for me. Less humidity near the stem and no where for those damn gnat larva to hang out. I think if a adult got in there the sprayers would take it out...I hope lol

2 on the left are TimeWreck, 3 in the middle are NLxS that were a week into flower, next 2 are blue mistic and far right is a TimeWreck male clone I just took to get rid of the main plant.

Wow.... Thanks for the info, great help, although the idea of having to attend to them daily appeals to me im afraid that the very odd occasion i might go on holiday for 10 days or so worries me..

However i ill give it a go as i believe im ready for the step forward..! wish me luck..!

Perpetual does make vacationing difficult. Luckily I have a local buddy with a card/garden I can trust to watch over my shit. When he takes off I watch his shit... works out pretty good. Do not do this with someone u just met, lol

Everything was a seed at one point. I have gotten 0 outside clones...but I just take clones off my current veg and then throw them into flowering, those clones become my new veg.

Depends on the pheno. She will stretch some no matter what. Your looking for one that leans more indica... it smells better to in my experience. I am letting my sativa pheno go. Have 3 more fem beans so always more phenos to try if I get bored.

I'm thinking Strawberry cough..? but i haven't a clue....

IMO sativas and clear minded don't go very well together. Sativas have more THC and less CBD (which actually modulates, or lessens the effect of thc) unlike indicas which typically have more CBD. Anyways, THC has a high affinity to CB1 receptors which are concentrated mostly in your brain. CB2 receptors are effected more by CBD and are concentrated in smooth muscle (think digestive tract) and organs. This is why heavy indicas work better for muscle spasm, appetite gain, pain ect.

As for the first 2 descriptors, pretty much any sativa should accomplish those. IDK about you but I don't have the time to wait for a 15 weeker tho (like BF Tangerine dream for instance) so I look for hybrids. 50/50 is a good place to start, even 60/40s and maybe 70/30s. You want enough indica to add mass and shorten flowering time. Anyways, pick a hybrid strain, select a more sativa leaning pheno. Best way to do it would be to pop 10 reg seeds (or 5 fems) or so, number them all. Take clones, flower them out and pick your favorite. Wish I could offer a more strait forward answer, but there's so many factors involved it's hard to just say x strain will do this for you. Harvest time make a big diff to, harvesting earlier will give you more of a racier, energetic buzz. Try harvesting a bud off one of your well know strains about a week maybe 2 before you normally would. Dry it, cure it, smoke it. Can you feel a difference from the normally harvested bud? It should be less heavy (less CBN) with maybe slightly less THC% but it will feel very different.

I think Qleaner would be a nice sativa to recommend, the high is amazing and very strong, great for focusing on tasks, especially creative ones. Personally when I would smoke it I woul get great inspiration for art, and ideas would flow like crazy. It really sparked my creative nature... Anyways, it also yields pretty amazing hash, as the sugar leafs are the frostiest I've encountered. It's also done at around 8wks, which is a huge plus :)

Speaking of TGA, I'm going to keep a close eye on your Agent Orange(s), I really want to try this strain out. It's one where I want to get a 10 pack and pick a keeper male and female for breeding stock. The smell and taste are amazing from what I hear and I've seen it produce some huuge buds...
