that old guy in the picture should be more careful and use better body mechanics.He is going to hurt is back that way.. Tell him to get closer to the things he is pulling on a lifting, keeping weight closer to his body is less strain on his body.

No I started in the early 80's....retired 2010. The staff assault rate was 30% at Folsom, & you have a 1-in-3 chance of being assaulted every year & I made it 25 years.....barely...lol

Grow a few green houses full of cannabis and take the money and build a shitload of houses or build a few apartment complexes. Or buy a bunch of house trailers and rent them out.
Hell a hundred units at $500 a month is a nice retirement.
