How will the rest of the plant finish with no food?
Im using 10 liter pots
Colas are fat on top and getting slimmer at the bottom so im planning to cut off fat part and leave it probably 10 more days
My soil seems to take 3-5 days to dry ( it used to before i added in oil radiator) so how many times should i flush?

Why do you want to flush food away from the plant if it's finishing?
I want to partial harvest (most of the plant).

"Flushing" for a smooth smoke and "clean" ash is a MYTH!
PROPER DRY AND CURE!
Don't bother "flushing"! It's all an old school "logic" practice. Logic doesn't grow the best plants!

You realize flushing doesn't remove anything from the plant itself right? You are only removing nutrients from the medium.
