I usually grow from clone, and all the OG strains I've grown have a distinct OG structure. That plant doesn't really look like any OG I've grown. Here a pic of a Tahoe OG.
My first round I had mostly OG's in there.

I've been looking at some of Cali Connections seeds... OG usually alternates budsites ? Instead of having them symmetrical?

I think you could harvest around now.
I would personally wait for a week +, to get more milky/ambers, but thats just me needing couchlock.
But i would say that you could go cut it when you feel like it.

skip cali con if you are looking for OG's, you'll get way closer representations of OG type plants from Karma Genetics.

I've never tried Cali Connection. I just got the pic off the net. I thought it was a good picture of what I was trying to explain. Most of the ones in my closet aren't full OG's but have the same basic structure. The one in the very back right looks like 100% OG. It's a Kandy Kush clone.
