Should I have my fan and filter running?

I just germinated some seeds and have put them in soil. I've put them in my small tent under led lights. Should I run my fan filter straight away while they are in there? Thanks

When germinating or if your plants are under a dome I don’t believe there is any need for an exhaust fan.
I just started my seeds a week we so ago and I just have them under a dome.
I have a small circulating fan running just to keep the air temp even in the tent.
I’m adding a humidifier today so I can remove the dome.
Im just trying to keep my RH around 8.

Note : I am in no way a professional this is just my opinion. Im sure someone will disagree with the RH.

Keep your rh at 8? Wtf does that even mean? 8%?
