Just put it down you'll never get anything good from it, its fucked sorry but that's one of the worst examples I've seen that have survived. Fuck I've seen webby spider mite infested plants that look better than that.

No dont ''pill off'' any thing. You have already pilled off everything. Just give it more light if you want to give it energy.
Those small buds you want pill off will swell a little too.

It doesn't work that way. Taking those small buds off will not magically send more energy to the main buds. The plant will take what it needs. If you take those smaller buds off the plant will just need less. Same thing with leaves. Some people think that the leaves take energy from the buds when in reality the leaves produce energy for the buds. Less leaves = less energy.

Why do people cut all the branches off their plants? I can understand the little ones on the bottom that cant get any light but this is extreme.
My branches were never there to begin with..
