Should pot be 100% legal yes or no?

I am just wanting to see a show of hands of people who think that smoking pot as an adult and cultivating it for personal use should have no direct punishment associated with it.

I am not one to lump pot in with harder drugs because addictive and behavior altering substances, i think, are a more serious matter for the public at large to deal with. So, this is just for legalizing hemp and pot for adults. Yea or nay?

I think that pot is not physically addictive and less impairing that alcohol. So, YES!

Basically yea. But good luck getting drugs like cocaine and crack to ever be legal. I don't support those because they are in short man made unlike marijuana, which doesn't make you OD and kill you yada yada..

i think all drugs should be legal, kill the black market and the ghetto street dealers... the whole mmj thing is a joke imho, why not just make marijuana legal and why do we have to attach all of these limitations and all on it?

Take marijuana off the list, leave the rest of the poisons on there. We're always going to have a drug/gang/crime problem, there's no two ways about it. That other nasty shit that people do I could care less, to me those are drugs. Marijuana is a natural herbal remedy, whether for medicinal purposes or just to get a buzz, much like beer or wine. The sooner it's deemed legal by the Blue Meanies, the better.

Crack, meth, heroine and any of those new "hip" bath salts we are hearing about are drugs and killers.

Of course then we could have an export again. Why do you think Phillip Morriss has mass land amounts in Perfect growing conditions in Calif? Oh you poor drug dealers who say no are so worried about losing you tax free income. Looks like you will have to get pool route.

Buddy, alcohol is very addicting go to an AA meeting. I can vape and not vape for weeks without thinking about it. I have one glass of wine with dinner and the next day I say" Hmmm... maybe a glass of wine?"
Every sunny day I think about a cold micro brew.
Crack is pretty stupid as it can kill you like shooting Heroin but it should be legal and attainable if that is your cup of tea, If you are not able to take you kids to skid row or educate them that even Pussy can kill you with HIV then you did not do your due dillagence or lacked responsiblity yourself. (not you in particular those who dont educate) I wish I had access to what DR's do I study Aerovedics and would like to have other meds in my arsenal so I did not have to get raped with the high cost of health insurance. How about this access to an X-ray machine when you or your family get in an accident? Access to Morphine to get them over the hump of a break or fracture? Just because their is an Alcoholic who cant say no and cannot keep it in their house does not mean I should no be able to. well - i have had some interesting talks with people lately where i find out that they are not as dedicated in their belief as i am.. then when prop 19 failed it made me wonder where all of the support went.. it made me want to see the slice of people who think that pot needs strict control.. i knew it would be a landslide vote on here, but what the hey!
