Also i have a Co2 tank but not sure how and when to use it. I have a regulator attatched but its not like yours. i will post a few pics for you to look at and if you could help me in using it then i would very much appriciate it. p.s have a look at my thread.

Ok, the regulater needs to be at about 10 lbs, and the flowmeter needs to be set anywhere from 0.2-0.5... depending on room size.
Have it on a timer of course, and spray every 2 hours for 15 minutes.
And exhaust ONLY if the humidity gets too high..
