went out to the plot tonight, and things are looking good. Took me a minute to find them in the dark, but once my flashlight hit them I couldn't help but grin. I'm probably gonna let them go another 2-3 weeks. Smell is phenomenal.

I fed them 2-6-8, and a foliar spray of Bronner's and water like always. Also took a small, early sample from a lower branch just to see how they're coming along... will report back soon. :peace:

lots of training. I top and supercrop, along with keeping a fan blowing on them 24/7. I also grab them by the stalk from time to time and give them a good shake. I'm growing heavy indicas, so that helps a lot as well. With your Thai, just keep it trained short and it will thicken up.

took me 3 days of reading but i made it through it all, pretty incredible what youve got going on, maybe im a little extra interested because you're in my general area, quick question too, i have a baby girl i started inside (my first grow, just a shot in the dark really, some bagseed) but she spent 6 weeks inside vegging and has been outside since Aug 14, definitely an indica, any idea on when about she should finish up?? there might be 4 or 5 (at most) brown hairs on her in total....i know indicas are roughly like 7-11 weeks but i have no idea what the strain might be and i have no past experience to pull from

i know i got her out late, im wondering if the ever shortening days will cause her flowering to drag out or maybe even speed up, and im definitely hoping she finishes sometime in ealry october, and hopefully the first frost will cooperate with me and come lattee

When did her pistils first appear? do you know they date? I would let almost any strain go at least 10 wks, more so if they're heavy sativa. I would just add 10 wks to the date when she started flowering. That gives you a good harvest window. A lot of people will tell you to use a scope and look at the trics, I myself just look at the bud and kinda know what I like.

My shit started around Aug. 5th, so I'm letting it go until the 2nd wk of October (maybe longer). You can expect to harvest yours (im guessing) by at least halloween. We don't usually get a hard frost here until 2nd week of Novemeber. A plant can take freezing temps, as long as it's brief... so you may be able to let it ride out even longer. Just play it smart, and harvest time will be here before you know it.

amen to that, I know the harvest moon is oct 4, but I will probably listen to the old farmers almanac sayin the 20-23 would be the best time... then time for a trick and a treat!

haha nah man, they're Tibetan prayer flags. I was doing some climbing, and strung them up when I reached the top. :peace: It's a Buddhist thing, and especially popular in high mountain passes (Everest is covered in them). They unravel over time and each string that flies away carries a "prayer" in the wind.
